b. What are the consequences, both short term and long term, of eating high fat meals?

d. How will you change your eating habits at most
fast food restaurants in the future? Consider how often you might choose to eat at fast food restaurants as well as specific food selection and serving sizes.

  2. A. people eat at fast food restauraunts for many reasons. they may not wanna cook that night. or its something new they can go out and eat.

    B. eating high-fat meals hhas both short and long term effects. after eating it if you try to be active it may hurt your stomach or make you feel ill. also later you may gain weight and feel less healthy than you are.

    c. healthier choices at fast food restauraunts sometimes include salades or food without a soda to go a long with it.

    d. i will eat less fatening foods like hamburgers or french fries. ill choose the smaller sizes on my drinks and skip a dessert.

  3. a. I think that people eat at fast food restaurants because it is cheap. These places are also very cheap.

    b. The consequences of of eating at fast food is that you could get oveerweight or obese. You could get long term illnesses like diabetes or cancer.

    c. Based on the presentations, healthier choices in food would be water or a salad. Smaller serving sizes would also be a better choice.

    d.I will change my habits in fast food restaurants by going to them less often and getting healthier choices or smaller serving sizes when I do go to them.

    C.) Some healthier choices that are available is get a water or milk. You could also get a salad.

    D.) I will start drink water or power ade for a drink. For a meal I would get a burger with less fat.

  6. A.) I think people tend to eat at fats food restaurants because they are faster to get food. Also if you are in a hurry and you did not eat anything then you can grab something quick.

    B.)the consequences of eating fast food restuarnts is you can get a herat problem that is a long term. A short term is you can have a heart attack.

    C.) Healthier choices at fast food resturants are water and salad. Also you can get a sub but a low calories sub. You could always buy a fruit smothie.

    D.) I will change my eating habits at a fast food resturant by having water instead if pop. Also by having a salad instead of a burger. I will choose to eat at fast food resturants once a week.

  7. A: The reason why people eat at fast food is that it is a quick and cheap meal.

    B: There are many consuquences from eating fast food. like being obese if not exercising also diatbetes and eventually death.

    C: Some of the changes were veggies instead of meat also the bevrage from pop to water. Another thing is the desserts like ice cream instead take a yougurt.

    D: I will try not to take the highest calories and if i do exercise more. I really dont chose were I eat but I rather not go to fast food cause of all the health risks evene though how good it taste.

    D)I already have good fast food eating habits because my mommy makes me get milk instead of pop sometimes. Also, i don't eat there often

    B.The consequences of eating fast food is heart disease, obesity and diabetes. Also, bullying in kids because of their obesity.

    C. Healthier choices are salads, water and small sizes. You could also not even eat there too.


    D. I will change my habits by not going to fast food restuarants, and if i do, get salads, water and small sizes. I will also work on portion sontorl while i am there.

  11. A:People tend to eat out at fast food restaraunts because it tends to be a faster way to get food. Another reason is because it is easier for parents to go out and get fast food than to make a whole dinner for the whole family
    B: The consequences of eating high fat meals is that you can get diabetes and you can also get clogged arteries and you could have a heart attack.
    C:Healthier food choices at fast food restaraunts is that you can get a water rather soda pop. you can also look at the calories and make sure that they are healthier than the others.
    D:I would not eat at the fast food restaraunts as much as i do now. I would also consider the calories before ordering.
